Bulenox left me hanging with the AWS outage. I was warned that if I shared my experience and it was not completely factual that my account would be suspended. This is the response I received after expressing my frustrations:
“Please note that our company maintains a strict policy against disseminating misinformation and making false statements through any media or social channels. Violations of this policy may lead to permanent account suspension.
Thank you,
Bulenox Team”
Instead of working with me, they argued and refused to do anything to offset the fact that I lost over $400 with the outage.
Here’s another response:
“The decision of the company will not change because of the actions of another company. In the case of Topstep, our and their actions are similar, but different from FE and it is normal since we are different companies. As you have pointed out we “have way more competition using ProjectX than just Topstep”, so you can choose for yourself what company suits you more.
Also please be advised that in the Master Account Agreement that you signed there is a section 6 about such technical issues:
“Bulenox is not liable for any claims of damages for loss of profits or loss of other intangibles caused by Internet connection failures or slow-downs, software failures, or Analyst’s hardware. Any software platform or data feed is subject to possible software lags or errors. Analyst should consider whether trading or investing is the right fit for Analyst based on his or her trading objective and level of experience”.
However, we understand the situation that was caused by the AWS outage, that is why we provide free resets for the Qualification Accounts and setting all accounts to the pre-outage state. The voided loss cannot be added back, otherwise there will be no point of voiding the trades in the first place.
The Traders could find this unfair, but it is the step that we had to make to maintain the long-term access to the platform with the correct Market Data and account balances.
Thank you,
Bulenox Team”
What a joke… So, the qualified customers received a free reset, but the funded traders received nothing for the inconvenience.
I have a feeling my account will be suspended for simply submitting my feedback here on Trustpilot.
Great company, not a lot of rules . You get paid as long as you put in your pay for the the previous Friday. You’ll get it by the Wednesday. Just wish they would short it two 5 days instead of 10.
Great experience with Bulenox! Smooth evaluation, fast payout, and helpful support team. They’ve been transparent and fair every step of the way. Highly recommended for futures traders!
Bulenox is an excellent prop firm for futures trading. Their pricing is competitive, and the rules are straightforward and easy to follow. I really appreciate the flexibility of being able to trade up to five minis on a $50K account. The payout process was smooth and hassle-free — I simply submitted my request by Friday (every 10 trading days), and the funds were deposited promptly by Wednesday at 12:05 a.m.
Throw my mistake I had submitted the wrong information to receive a payout. I did not realize I had done it until the payout was already sent. Bulenox was good about it and once the money was returned they were able to resend to me.
Bulenox has been one of the best prop firms I’ve traded with. Their platform is stable, the evaluation rules are clear, and payouts are processed without hassle. I especially appreciate how transparent they are – no hidden conditions, no last-minute rule changes.
The customer support team is also excellent — always responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’ve received multiple payouts with no issues, and the whole process was smooth every time.
Payouts are processed on Wednesdays and got the money on Wise the same day. If you meet consistency rule, minimun days, and safety buffer you will get your payout.
