I’ve traded with nearly EVERY major prop firm, and in my 3 years of trading I’ve NEVER experienced anything as frustrating, inconsistent, and deceptive as my time with Bulenox.
The first time I requested a payout, I was unaware of their “flipping rule” because it wasn’t publicly listed anywhere on their main website, where most traders will go to review the rules for the funded stage. I thoroughly read all the rules available on their Help Center, and nowhere did it mention this restriction. I only discovered the flipping rule after digging through the fine print of the agreement they make you sign through JotForm and found a separate website, which most traders likely don’t realize contains different terms and is not part of their main bulenox.com domain.
Despite the lack of visibility, once they explained the rule to me, I didn’t argue. I accepted that my first 10 trading days violated the rule. I was under the impression I had 3 flips in the first 10, and I took full responsibility. I understood the reasoning and acknowledged the mistake, and when I explained my strategy to them and they accepted it, I made the necessary adjustments moving forward.
Since then, over the next 30 trading days, I averaged roughly a 79% win rate with consistent 1-contract trades and a growing balance, all proof of real strategy. I submitted payout requests within their limits ($1,500 per account across 3 Master accounts). I’ve now built over $25,000 in total profits and requested only the amount allowed per payout request. And still, Bulenox continued to deny payouts. No specific rule violations. Just vague mentions of “consistency.” Even worse, I was ghosted during my first denial. No email, no explanation. I had to message them almost 2 days later just to learn I’d been denied.
When I did ask for specifics, I received the same automated response 3 weeks in a row. Yet in their own words, I was told:
“The accounts are in good standing and no rules are violated.”
“Please continue to trade to lower flipping days to 20%, and we will be glad to process a payout.”
“Please continue to maintain the same position or similar to meet a consistency requirement.”
I followed every single instruction, traded the same size they told me to, and STILL got denied. What’s worse is that when I asked for clarity, I was misled. I initially thought the 3 heavy contract days were being flagged. But I later realized they were referring to the small contract days as “flip days.” And by their logic, nearly 30 of my trades are flips, even though they told me in writing that my approach was fine and encouraged me to keep doing it.
I attached proof of all this: emails, screenshots, account performance. I even showed how my balance steadily grew over 30+ days, proof this wasn’t random trading. My hit rate was too high, and my trades too consistent, for this to be dismissed as “flipping.”
Their communication has been slow, vague, and evasive. Sometimes saying “we’ll follow up soon,” then ghosting me for days. It’s felt like intentional avoidance, not because I’m wrong, but because they know I’m right and don’t want to pay out $20k+. If they’d paid me, I wouldn’t be writing this. But at this point, it’s clear: they’ll take your fees, deny your payouts, and hide behind vague policy language. And it’s clear many 5-star reviews come from people early in the process, who likely left a review in excitement right after passing or receiving a small payout. But the real problems show after that.
I’m not naming competitors, but I urge you: PLEASE go with literally any other reputable prop firm.
Bulenox has been the worst support experience I’ve ever had and ive never in my trading journey have experienced anything like this. I don’t normally leave reviews, in fact, I can count on one hand how many I’ve written that weren’t positive. But I created this Trustpilot account specifically to share my experience with Bulenox, because what happened to me was simply too misleading and unfair to stay silent about.
I have been trading with Bulenox for just o ver a year now. Nothing but Top Notch Service. Evaluations are not expensive, and have very manageable rules. Funded Accounts are the same. I have had 15 payouts over the year, and paid right on time, no questions asked. If you are looking for a partner to trade with, I highly recommend Bulenox
I like Bulenox. They always respond quickly to helpdesk tickets. And the rules are very straightforward. The only reason that I didn’t give five stars is because of the limitations on payout you have to trade 10 days to request payout, and they are only processed once a week which limits the amount of money you can make in a month.

My opinion about Bullenox is not very good. Initially they charge a lower fee and after you pass the challenge, they charge a huge fee emphasizing that it is a one-time fee. I had two accounts. For a $100,000 account – $250, for a $150,000 account – $500 you pay immediately after passing the challenge. And with the current anomalies in the market, if you lose the account, all this money is lost. The other prop companies charge $100 per month, but it is more honest than if they charge you at the beginning like Bullenox.
I think that these people who put good reviews for them are affiliates who receive commissions and therefore put good reviews. If you try, you’ll see that I’m right.
Today i received my 1st payout from Bulenax, and I must say it was a seamless experience. The process was straightforward, and the payment was processed efficiently. 28th may 2025 they approved my request and 29th may 2025 payout is in my

Cant complain about Bulenox they know how to do business. One of the only few firms that pays when they say they will. If you want a well managed up to date pro-firm this is the one. I got my third payout this year without any problems. I completed all the required targets and they paid me.
